Q2. What are the payment terms?
We require 100% payment within 7 days of signing the contract. Once full payment is received, we’ll begin the project according to the timeline in your package.
Q3. Are travel and accommodation costs included?
No. Our pricing excludes travel and accommodation costs. If your team is based outside Ho Chi Minh City (former Saigon) or Vietnam, and requires in-person delivery, airfare, travel, and accommodation expenses will be covered by the client.
Q4. “We already use Base.vn / Hubspot / other tech tools. Why do we still need this?”

Q9. What if you miss a delivery deadline or we’re not satisfied with one deliverable?
